A: We provide free shipping to Singapore for all items. Unfortunately, we do not ship to other countries at the moment.
Delivery times are 1-3 business days, we try our best to ship out the next day if you place an order before noon. However, during sale/promotional events, delivery may be longer than usual.

A: We recommend daily wipe down with warm water, toy-cleaner or mild detergent/liquid soap with a microfibre cloth. Do NOT use bleach, essential oils, melamine sponge to clean the surface as they may damage the TPU coating and cause discoloration
Avoid long exposure under direct sunlight to prevent discoloration
The surfaces are scratch resistant however avoid hot, sharp and rough items.
To keep the surface cushy and soft, please refrain from throwing/placing heavy items on the mats for a prolonged period of time.
When not in use, you can roll up, secure with the velcro straps provided and keep it tucked away
